The New Life Inn is the front door of CRM. Recognized as the area’s ‘most compassionate shelter’, the New Life Inn has open arms and welcomes all, who are in need, to enter. Located in downtown Jacksonville, the New Life Inn provides food, clothing, shelter, emergency services and counseling to the homeless. The face of our homeless citizens continues to change and their numbers have increased in Jacksonville 33% in the last year alone. Today’s economy has produced an expanded profile of those seeking services including those who have lost everything, e.g., home,
car and job; those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction
and those who have completely fallen through the grid
and are lost in despair and hopelessness.

The national rate for the successful recovery and rehabilitation of
homeless is 27%. The success rate for participants of the LifeBuilders Program through City Rescue Mission is 85%. We are making a
substantial difference in the lives of so many because of the
generosity of CRM’s supporters. We cannot do it without
