Shoeboxes of Love
CSX comes through again...
CSX, a City Rescue Mission Community Partner donated 160 wrpped Shoeboxes of Love.
These filled and gift wrapped shoeboxes are passed out on Christmas day to every man, woman and child that enters our door for a warm holiday meal. It is probably the one and only gift they receive, and since each box is filled with essential items such as soap, cotton socks, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste as well as other items – the Shoeboxes of Love are not only a bright spot, but helpful and needed.
